Guest Wireless Network (BU_Guest)

The guest wireless network, launched in 2018, provides short-term internet access exclusively within Boğaziçi University campuses for visitors such as relatives of university members, guest faculty, visiting students, and company representatives. The access speed is 15 Mbps for download and 15 Mbps for upload.

By completing the required fields on the page (Name, Surname, Turkish ID Number, Year of Birth, and TR GSM number), users receive one day of internet access. If guests staying for more than one day require wireless access, a user account must be created by submitting a request through the Workflow System > IT Department > Network Management > Guest Network Account / Access Requests to enable connection to the BU_Guest network within the university premises.
